As a managed care organization, our outstanding, collaborative team takes a holistic approach to health care by integrating traditional medical services, behavioral health services, and other county and community services that address the social influencers of health.

Our network centers around our accountable health model and includes approximately 15,000 providers at 2,800 locations. Our members receive care from a multidisciplinary care coordination team that consists of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and community health workers.
